Vessel_Description: SV CELEBRATION IS A 36 FOOT UNION CUTTER, WHITE HULL,
WHITE SALES, GREEN DODGER AND GREEN TRIM.
Communications    : VESSEL IS EQUIPPED WITH MARINE VHF AND SSB, AND IS
POSSIBLY MONITORING DISTRESS AND CALLING FREQUENCY 8291 KILOHERTZ.
LAST REPORT VIA DELORME TRACKER WAS ON 28 MAY 2017 at 9:30 PM PST WITH
POSITION 06 53N 127 35W COURSE 247T AT 0.7 TO 1.1 KNOTS.
Itinerary         : Departed Puerto Vallarta on May 2, 2017. Headed for Hiva
Oa in French Polynesia. Estimated 30-40 day passage but weather created
delays. US Coast Guard estimates arrival by June 23, 2017.
Persons_on_board  : VESSEL WITH 1 POB, 71 YEARS OLD CAUCASIAN MALE, NAME
RICHARD CARR, IS BELIEVED TO BE IN DISTRESS.
Reason            : Messages from DeLorme In-Reach communicator indicated
Richard was in distress on Sunday, May 29. He messaged "Goodbye" and then
In-Reach was disabled at 9:30 pm PST.

Comments          : Search crews boats, planes, helicopters have been searching since Friday.  We have professionals with water and current information and expert govt agencies.  The Mexican government is involved along with 10,000 + usd that was raised in a matter of 24 hours.
